There are various changes to this for different Leagues and Competitions.
The WDDA (World Disability Darts
Association) has brought in a double sided Board. Which has a normal 173cm board for standing players
and rotates to reveal a 137cm height board for Wheelchair Players. This had its first Preview in the 41st
Winmau World Masters in 2014.
In years gone by Ladies Leagues have played from 7ft 6”, although mainly all players use 7ft 9.25 “ in modern
day darts.
The News of the World Competition always used an 8ft Oche.
